Our instructors have been teaching yoga in Amsterdam since 2013.
You can start your yoga journey through classes for beginners called “Classical yoga”.
Yoga studio is located in Amsterdam Noord. Joining the group online is also possible.
Who can join our yoga groups?
Who can join our yoga groups?
Classical yoga groups sessions are open to all regardless of prior experience in yoga. Our unique curriculum means that practitioners with experience of other yoga schools would benefit from joining the group for beginners.
Please check the contraindications here and consult your GP in case you have any doubts.
